What is the TBB-M12200?

The TBB-M12200 is a high-performance 200Ah 12V Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery, designed by TBB Mobile for safe, efficient, and long-lasting energy storage. Featuring a built-in 300A BMSlow-temperature heating function, and parallel expandability, it is an ideal solution for off-grid power, marine applications, and vehicle energy storage.

With its intelligent battery management system (BMS), the TBB-M12200 actively monitors, protects, and optimizes battery performance, ensuring stable operation and extended lifespan.

  • Automatic Wake-Up Function: When an external charging voltage >14V is detected in shutdown mode, the battery automatically activates, allowing charging while preventing discharge.
  • Optional MEH-B Display Panel: By connecting the optional TBB-MCK remote meter to the battery, this enables extra monitoring and control features such as battery switch control and real-time monitoring of voltage, current, and State of Charge (SOC).
  • Low Power Consumption:
    • <50mA standby power consumption when active
    • <0.1mA ultra-low standby draw when powered off
  • Wide Operating Temperature: Functions in extreme conditions from -30°C to +60°C, ensuring reliable performance.
  • Integrated Low-Temperature Heating: When connected to an external power source (mains, solar, or vehicle engine), the built-in heating system automatically raises battery temperature for safe charging and discharging. Heating from -20°C to +5°C takes approximately 90 minutes.
  • Compact & Lightweight: Offers high energy density, reducing weight and saving space compared to lead-acid alternatives.
